• Commercial content (paid plans only)
• Non-infringing fan art

Multi-account abuse, ban evasion, unauthorized automation, payment fraud, and attempts to circumvent safety or access controls are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service §7.2.

Email [email protected] with subject line "Content Appeal" within 14 days. Response within 7 business days. No appeals available for CSAM violations.

Email [email protected] with subject line "Content Report." Reviewed within 48 hours. Reporter identity kept confidential.

8. AI Disclosure

We strongly recommend disclosing AI-generated content, especially for social media, commercial use, or any context where viewers might assume human authorship. Some jurisdictions require this disclosure by law.

9. Copyright & IP Notices

Melaka respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Korean Copyright Act (저작권법) and applicable international copyright conventions. It is Melaka's policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

9.1 How to File a Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property right has been infringed on the Service, email [email protected] with subject line "IP Notice" including:

• Your name, contact details, and signature (electronic or physical)
• Identification of the work or right claimed to have been infringed
• The specific URL of the infringing material on the Service
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Notices are reviewed within 3 business days. Infringing content will be removed or disabled and the affected user notified.

9.2 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, email [email protected] with subject line "IP Counter-Notice" including: identification of the removed content, a good-faith statement, your contact information, and consent to Daegu court jurisdiction. If no court action is filed within a reasonable period after we forward your counter-notice, the content may be restored.

9.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

Egregious violations may skip directly to permanent termination. Counter-notifications that result in content restoration do not count as strikes.

9.4 AI-Generated Content & Similarity

Due to the nature of AI generation, outputs may unintentionally resemble existing works. All claims are taken seriously. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Deliberately reproducing copyrighted works through prompts is a violation of this Content Policy. Korean rights holders may also file claims directly via the Korea Copyright Commission (copyright.or.kr).

9.5 Misuse Warning

Filing false or misleading IP notices may result in liability under Korean law, including claims for defamation or abuse of process. Melaka reserves the right to terminate accounts that abuse the notice process.
